Dear Parents and Students,
On behalf of the Parent and Citizens Association, we would like to extend to you a very warm "Kawungan" welcome to our wonderful school.
We as parents believe that a good education is the result of a team effort involving teachers, parents and students. Supporting each other in this way has given Kawungan the fantastic reputation it enjoys as a high achieving educational facility.
We are always happy to welcome and hear fresh ideas from new people. The dedicated teaching staff and the appreciated volunteers work well together in our Parent and Citizens family.
Participation in the Parent and Citizens Association is a chance to have a direct involvement in decision making in many areas of the school. Having this input into the success of this great school is rewarding in itself. There comes a great pride and joy for the children knowing that their parents and family members are helping out. The friendships you form long the way will also be rewarding in itself.
Personally we regard our involvement as the Parent and Citizens Executive as an absolute privilege, and look forward to welcoming you all.
